LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
IAP, LLC. (hereinafter referred to as “Carriage House”), provides a limited lifetime warranty of its products to the original residential purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Carriage House, through an Authorized Dealer will repair or replace with the same or a similar product (at our sole discretion) free of charge. These are your exclusive remedies.

All of our products are handmade; therefore slight variations in overall size and finish are normal. This warranty does not cover damage as a result of wear and tear, including normal fading or aging, or for damage caused by accident, water damage, fire, alteration, improper lamping, voltage outside of the standard voltage range of 110V to 130V AC (60HZ), acts of God, misuse (including use of the product for an unintended application), abuse, improper handling during transportation to and from an authorized dealer or its customers, neglect, improper or incorrect installation, maintenance or repair, including failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning instructions. Carriage House recommends using a professional electrician for all installation and repair of its products.

This limited warranty applies only to fixtures purchased from an Authorized Carriage House reseller. Proof of purchase from an Authorized Dealer is required; therefore please retain your original sales receipt.

To obtain warranty service, please contact the Authorized Dealer where Carriage House products were purchased.

This limited warranty is valid from date of shipment to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Not valid outside of the United States.

Carriage House excludes and expressly disclaims liability for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages of any nature arising out of the sale, installation, maintenance, use or failure of any Carriage House product. In all events, Carriage House liability will be limited to no more than the purchase price paid for the product. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

No representative or employee of Carriage House is authorized to make any modification or addition to this warranty.
RETURNS
Products may not be returned prior to obtaining an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization). Returns will be accepted within 20 days of the original shipment date. All product (regardless of reason) must be returned in its complete and original packaging. No returns will be accepted for custom, altered or used products. Returns may be subject to shipping and handling charges, except for products considered by the manufacturer to be defective in workmanship and/or materials. New product (in its original manufacturer sealed carton) may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
